I’m just a girl who enjoys helping other women feel AWESOME!

Life is busy for most people, but you make time for the things that are important to you, and I personally believe taking care of your health should be at the top of everyone’s list.  You don’t have to have 2 hours of free time every day to live a healthy lifestyle and have the body you want!

I see so many women fall into the trap of hours of cardio every week to try to burn calories, while having to continue to eat less and less just to stay at the same weight and still not have the body you want. I’ve also watched people gain and lose the same 10 lbs. year after year trying fad diet after fad diet.

My mission became to show people that they can stop the cycle using proper nutrition, resistance training and small sustainable habits.  I want to help you live the life you want, in the body you desire, without sacrificing the foods you love or ever having to go on another ‘diet’ again!
